Store Policies

For pick up orders:

• ONE ORDER PER CUSTOMER
• DO NOT PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS
• YOU CANNOT PICK UP FOR A FRIEND
• YOU CAN ONLY PICK UP ONE ORDER
• BRING YOUR OWN BAGS

No-Show Policy:

• FIRST OFFENSE: FULL REFUND
• SECOND OFFENSE: HALF REFUND
• THIRD OFFENSE: NO REFUND AND REMOVED FROM THE EMAIL LIST
• Please send an email to melted@1900icecream.com to request a refund for your first two no-shows.
• Refunds may be requested no later than three days after the no-show.

All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 2.6% + $0.30.

Route Package Protection:

• By deselecting package protection provided by Route Insurance on shipped orders, 1-900-ICE-CREAM is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Shipping costs are not covered or recoverable through Route or 1-900-ICE-CREAM.  You may work with the shipping carrier directly to recover shippings costs.
