Route Package Protection:

• By deselecting package protection provided by Route Insurance on shipped orders, 1-900-ICE-CREAM is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Shipping costs are not covered or recoverable through Route or 1-900-ICE-CREAM.  You may work with the shipping carrier directly to recover shippings costs.

1-900-ICE-CREAM is not responsible for damages and/or shipping delays as a result of the shipping carrier.  Please do not opt-out of Route Package Protection, as this is your only suitable recourse for loss, damage, or carrier delays.
